Molly Ringwald and Son Roman Strut Down the Runway Together During New York Fashion Week

Molly Ringwald and her son, Roman, had the ultimate bonding moment during New York Fashion Week.

Ringwald, 56, and her 15-year-old son strutted down the catwalk at the Lingua Franca fashion show on Tuesday, February 4. For the event, Ringwald wore a red silky dress adorned with white pinstripes. The frock featured a relaxed collar, small white buttons lining the front, a cinched waist and a flowy skirt.

The actress — who shares Roman and his twin sister Adele, 15, with husband Panio Gianopoulos, along with daughter Mathilda, 20 — complemented the design with a green floral cardigan and navy blue ribbed velvet clogs. She topped her outfit off with dainty hoop earrings.

For glam, the Breakfast Club star donned soft makeup including mascara, rosy cheeks and nude lips. Her fiery hair was styled in voluminous curls.

Roman, meanwhile, passed his mom on the runway in a black T-shirt printed with “The Bowery Hotel” written in red cursive letters. Mixing prints and patterns, Roman teamed the top with pleated corduroy shorts featuring delicate embroidery. He tied his look together with a gray zip-up sweater, knit socks and black slippers.

After the show, the mother-son duo posed together backstage.

This isn’t the first time Ringwald has strutted down the catwalk. Last year, she wore two different outfits during the Batsheva fall 2024 fashion show.

First, she slayed in a dramatic black design featuring a hooded top and a column skirt. Ringwald teamed the sexy silhouette with a lacy muff and black pumps.

Later in the show, she changed into a vibrant purple dress featuring puffy three-quarter length sleeves, a mock neck and a midi skirt. Ringwald accessorized with a buckle belt, red pointed nails and white pointed-toe heels.

Before hitting the runway, Ringwald posed with designer Batsheva Hay, who proudly wore a velvet top equipped with a sequin bow.
