NFL Rookie Travis Hunter Marries Leanna Lenee — And Gives Her an Expensive Wedding Present

NFL rookie Travis Hunter has tied the knot with Leanna Lenee.

The Daily Mail reported on Saturday, May 24, that Hunter, 22, and Lenee, 23, wed at Tennessee’s The Barn at Faith Farms.

Hunter, who was recruited by the Jacksonville Jaguars, was dressed in an all-white tux for the occasion. Lenee (real name Leanna De La Fuente) rocked a Justin Alexander gown with a plunging neckline and mermaid bottom, featuring several white roses that matched her veil.

In a video shared via X, Hunter was seen standing beside Lenee as she cut a giant ribbon wrapped around a surprise wedding gift.

As Hunter removed the wrapping, a Mercedes-Benz AMG G36 Brabus 800 was unveiled as her wedding gift. Lenee appeared shocked after receiving the six-figure gift as guests were heard cheering in the background.

The couple began dating in 2022, with Lenee claiming that Hunter slid into her DMs while he had a girlfriend. Lenee let the message sit for two months.

“I instantly knew he had a partner [from his Instagram bio]. So, I exited the message and he sat there until he was single. I don’t do homewrecking. I’m not a side piece,” she recalled via TikTok in December 2024. “I don’t stand for any of those things. I support women. I would never do that to another woman because I would never want it done to me.”

Two years later, Hunter popped the question to Lenee. “A million times, yes 💍,” Lenee wrote via Instagram in 2024, announcing the pair’s engagement.

Later that year, Lenee was by his side when Hunter won the coveted Heisman Trophy. Eagle-eyed fans, however, speculated that Lenee did not seem pleased when Hunter took home the award at the ceremony.

Hunter, for his part, denied the claims and noted in a Twitch livestream that Lenee cried herself to sleep over the criticism. Lenee also denied the rumors.

“People are saying that I’m like, ‘What am I supposed to do, just sit here?’” Lenee said in a December 2024 TikTok video. “That’s not what I said, first of all. I said, ‘Baby, do you want me to sit here or do you want me to go with the family or do you want me to come with you?’ Because what y’all don’t know off of a seven-second clip is those weren’t fans, by the way.”

She added, “He had finished meeting with the fans. I was there the entire time taking pictures, talking to them, everything. The girls that were there, they work for Adidas. So we were taking pictures for a social post. That’s who those people were. I wasn’t annoyed with no fans. At all. I’m never annoyed with fans.”
