Nicole Kidman is asking to become the primary residential parent of her two younger daughters amid her divorce from estranged husband Keith Urban.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the actress, 58, and the country singer, 57, have agreed to a parenting plan which sees Kidman becoming the primary residential parent of their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
Kidman will get 306 days with her daughters while Urban will get 59 days with them — meaning the Holland star has more than five times the amount of days as her estranged husband.

They’ve also worked out a parenting schedule and will make major decisions regarding their two girls together. Neither party will receive monthly child support, but rather an “other” agreement they worked out in which Urban has “already prepaid all child support obligations.”
Kidman and Urban have also agreed to not speak badly of each other or other members of their family of the other parent. They will “encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.” Both are also mandated to attend a parenting seminar within 60 days of the divorce filing.
The parenting plan also doesn’t appear to be new — Kidman signed the documents on Sept. 6 while Urban signed them on Aug. 29.
Alongside her teenage daughters, Kidman is mom to daughter Bella, 32, and son Connor, 30, with ex Tom Cruise.
On Tuesday, Sept. 30, the Oscar winner officially filed for divorce from Urban in Nashville courts after news of their separation came to light the day prior.
Reps for Urban and Kidman did not respond to PEOPLE’s requests for comment.
One insider told PEOPLE on Monday, Sept. 29, that Kidman “didn’t want this,” and the Babygirl star “has been fighting to save the marriage.”
However, a source in Urban’s circle told PEOPLE that the star has “just been going through some stuff” as of late. “He has been making questionable choices for some time now and this was not the case of them just drifting apart,” added a Kidman source.
Kidman and Urban have been married since 2006. They’ve said they had an instant attraction when they first met at a gala in 2005 and eventually wed the following year.
Kidman and Urban tied the knot in a candlelit ceremony at St. Patrick’s Estate in the beachside suburb of Manly in Sydney. Kidman’s kids, Bella and Connor, were also part of the couple’s big day — Bella was in Kidman’s bridal party.
Since 2007, the two have called Nashville home and raised their two teenage daughters there. Kidman has often shared how close she is with her family, including in a May interview with Allure.
“Yeah, I’m very close to both my girls,” Kidman said of her teenage daughters. “I sit on their beds and discuss the most intimate things; I get to be their guide.”
“If they want to tell me to be quiet, they can. I’m able to apologize to them. I’m able to stand up to them. I very much like the relationship we have. It’s nice to be able to say that.”
A source previously told PEOPLE in August that Kidman spent the summer with the pair’s daughters.
“While Keith has been away on tour all summer, Nicole and her daughters have been inseparable, spending time together bonding,” the source said. “Now the focus is back to school in Nashville, where Nic has been getting the girls ready for the new year.”
