Olivia Culpo’s pregnancy got off to a not-so-active start.
“I couldn’t workout for the first 4 months of my pregnancy (not even walking!!!!!),” Culpo, 32, captioned a Wednesday, March 12, Instagram Story snap of herself and fitness trainer Marissa West taking a gym mirror selfie. “So we’re really making it count now … love you @westkeptsecret @mrswestisinthebuilding.”
For her workout, Culpo showed off her growing baby bump in a long-sleeved black bodysuit, which she paired with white socks and sneakers. Her trainer looked just as stylish in black leggings and a gray exercise top. Joining the pair in the gym was Culpo’s “cutie boy” dog, Oliver.
Wednesday’s Instagram Story upload marks one of the first baby bump photos Culpo has shared since announcing she and her husband, Christian McCaffrey, are expecting their first baby. “Next chapter, motherhood 🤍,” she captioned black-and-white maternity shoot photos via Instagram on Monday, March 10.

In a follow-up post, Culpo shared a sweet video of herself sporting a white maxi dress while walking through a field with McCaffrey, 28. The clip also featured behind-the-scenes footage from her maternity shoot, during which the couple shared a kiss while holding sonogram photos. She captioned the video with two white heart emojis.
Culpo and McCaffrey began dating in 2019 and confirmed their relationship less than one year later by walking the 2020 NFL Honors red carpet together. The San Francisco 49ers running back popped the question to Culpo in April 2023 after three years of dating. They tied the knot in June 2024.
Culpo previously revealed during a December 2022 episode her short-lived TLC reality show, The Culpo Sisters, that she chose to freeze her eggs. “I’ve been making decisions out of fear for the future,” she explained. “Here’s a lot of pressure that I’ve been putting on my relationship because of fertility.”

At the time, Culpo noted that her struggles with endometriosis and her friends getting married caused her to panic about becoming a wife and mother. “I’m just putting this timeline on myself,” she said on the show. “I don’t want to feel like I’m in a rush. I don’t want to feel like I’m controlling my destiny because it’s what I think I have to do.”
In October 2023, Culpo joked via TikTok that she was “ready to rip out my IUD and start trying immediately” after her wedding to McCaffrey.
Following Olivia’s pregnancy reveal, her sister Sophia Culpo poked fun at how Olivia tried to hide her baby bump by holding her dog in photos. “Now you all know why her nickname is Oblivia … she ain’t stealth 😂😂,” Sophia, 28, wrote alongside an Instagram Story snap of Culpo smiling at the camera with McCaffrey while holding her dog over her stomach.
