Stephen Nedoroscik and Tess McCracken have gone their separate ways.
McCracken, 28, confirmed in an April 4 TikTok video that she and Olympic pommel horse champion, 27, broke up earlier this year, ending their years-long relationship.
“Stephen and I are no longer together, and we haven't been since the beginning of January,” she said. “I've been putting off making a formal announcement like this for the last few months, but it's been long enough, and people figured it out."
"I feel like it's just easier to have it out in the open and not really have to hide it anymore," McCracken continued. "I wasn't really trying to hide it in the first place, but it's weird to have to announce your breakup."
The former gymnast assured that “there wasn't any drama” that led to her breakup with Nedoroscik, explaining that it “was really just time.”
“There wasn’t some big blow-up fight where somebody stormed out. There wasn’t any cheating … This wasn't, you know, I'd put an ultimatum of ‘propose by New Year's, or I'm gone' kind of thing — none of that,” said McCracken.

“We were together for almost 10 years. We met and got together when we were 17 and 18," she continued, adding: "As it turns out, there are things that didn't matter at 18 that matter when you're in your late 20s. And things that mattered then that don't anymore and … life happens.”
McCracken further explained that she and Neoroscik split around the time their lease was coming up. She said, "It was just the time to make that call.”
McCracken said she's currently living in a new apartment in Florida with the former couple's pet cat, Yushu.
She explained in her TikTok video that she is “doing well” following the breakup. McCracken added that she's been “rediscovering” what she likes to do and “exploring the city.”
“[I’m] really just trying to come to terms with who I am and what I enjoy doing when there's not someone else to consider,” she said. "I absolutely wish Stephen all the best, there's no bad blood. I want to see him succeed in everything, but the way that support is coming has to be different now.”
