Prince Harry knows the way to his children’s hearts!
On Saturday, April 12, Meghan Markle shared a sweet video featuring her hands and the hands of the pair’s two children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, as they tore into a small cake that turned out to be quite special.
As the Duchess of Sussex noted, the cake was “a special gift” that “papa brought back from Ukraine.”
Harry, 40, met with victims of Russia’s ongoing war on Ukraine on Thursday, April 10, when he visited a clinic that offers rehabilitation services in the country. The Duke of Sussex made the trip to the Superhumans Center in Lviv alongside members of the Invictus Games staff.

Harry was invited to visit the clinic by Olga Rudneva, chief executive of the center, according to the BBC. The prince met with both medical professionals, such as doctors and staff, as well as with patients at the center.
Harry was also in London last week for a Court of Appeal hearing pertaining to his security detail in the United Kingdom. On Wednesday, April 9, the Duke of Sussex requested that three judges overturn the decision to downgrade the public protection he receives when he visits the United Kingdom. Harry spent two days in the courtroom, where he was seen taking notes and closely following the proceedings (a result has yet to be announced).
Meghan, 43, has also been busy of late. During the first-ever episode of her new “Confessions of a Female Founder” podcast released on Tuesday, April 8, Meghan interviewed Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd and opened up about her postpartum experience following Archie’s birth.
“I’ll never forget the image of you after you delivered Archie and the whole world was, like, waiting for his debut,” Wolfe Herd, 35, recalled during the podcast episode. “I was either just becoming or about to become a new mom. I was like, ‘Oh, my God, how is this woman doing this?’”
She added, “How is this woman putting on heels and going and debuting a child in this, you know, beautiful outfit in front of the entire world? I could barely face a doorbell delivery for takeout food.”
As the women discussed motherhood, Meghan wondered aloud if the pandemic has shaped how women are raising children now.

“You’ll still travel for work, as will I. But … I don’t leave the house to go to an office. My office is here,” Meghan explained. “Lili still naps. She gets picked up early and she naps, and she only has a half day in preschool. So, if she wakes up and she wants to find me, she knows where to find me.”
“I wouldn’t have it any other way. I don’t want to miss those moments. I don’t want to miss pickup if I don’t have to. I don’t want to miss drop-off,” she added. “I think what I do love the most about having young kids in this chapter, while I’m building, is the perspective that it brings. Because you’re building something while your child’s going through potty training.”
