Paris Hilton is focusing on the positive.
After The Simple Life star—who shares kids Phoenix, 2, and London, 14 months, with husband Carter Reum—lost her Malibu home in the Los Angeles wildfires, she shared an uplifting message.
“Some sleepy Pheeny and puppy footage for your feed,” Paris wrote in a Jan. 19 Instagram post alongside an adorable video of her sleeping son and puppies. “Through everything that’s going on around us, sometimes we need an adorable reminder to take a mindful moment for ourselves.”
Indeed, Paris, 43, shared a glimpse into the devastation caused by the LA fires, which began Jan. 7 in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood and left her $8.4 million home that was reduced to ashes.
“When I first saw the news, I was in complete shock—I couldn’t process it,” Paris wrote in a Jan. 9 Instagram post, where she showed off the remnants of her home. “But now, standing here and seeing it with my own eyes, it feels like my heart has shattered into a million pieces. This house wasn’t just a place to live—it was where we dreamed, laughed, and created the most beautiful memories as a family.”
