Pizza Hut is leaning into nostalgia this Valentine’s Day — and bringing a couple of '90s heartthrobs along for the ride.

On Tuesday, Feb. 10, the pizza chain announced a new partnership with Backstreet Boys members Nick Carter and Howie Dorough to celebrate the return of its Heart-Shaped Pizza, a seasonal favorite that’s making its comeback just in time for the love-filled holiday. Now through Feb. 22, customers can order a medium one-topping Heart-Shaped Pizza for $11.99.

The collaboration ties the two icons together, known for wearing their hearts on their sleeves: Pizza Hut, long associated with heart-shaped pies, and the '90s boy band behind the romantic hit “Shape of My Heart.”

To mark the occasion, Carter and Dorough star in a series of playful social spots inspired by the song. In one video, the duo stages a lighthearted generational debate, comparing Millennial and Gen Z hand-heart gestures.

The campaign arrives as the Backstreet Boys continue their pop culture victory lap. The group recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of their chart-topping, five-time Grammy-nominated album Millennium and is currently performing their “Into the Millennium” residency at Sphere in Las Vegas, introducing a new generation to their early-2000s sound while longtime fans relive the era.

For Pizza Hut, the partnership is all about tapping into feel-good memories, from Valentine’s Day dinners to music video marathons, while offering fans an easy way to celebrate.

Whether it’s a cozy night in, a nostalgic throwback date, or a solo celebration of self-love, the return of the Heart-Shaped Pizza is designed to make Valentine’s Day a little more fun — and a lot more familiar.
