Kylie Kelce‘s pregnancy is winding down — but her busy schedule isn’t.
During the Thursday, March 27, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kelce, 33, joked about possibly needing to pump the emergency brake mid-recording. “I could technically go into labor any second now,” she teased during the intro. “I wish. God, get out.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Kylie shared a “brutally honest” glimpse into her birth plan for welcoming her fourth baby girl with husband Jason Kelce. (The couple share daughters Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 2.)
“If I suddenly get up during this segment, there’s a reasonable chance my water broke,” she warned. “But finger’s crossed she’s chill for the next few minutes.”

Kylie Kelce is sharing what’s in her hospital bag, which is not a suitcase. On her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie, 32, said after three births alongside husband Jason Kelce, her “hospital bag has not really changed.” “This is my fourth child,” Kylie explained on the Thursday, March 6, episode. “It will probably be nearly […]
When it comes to navigating birth plans — or any other parenting topic, for that matter — Kylie reminded listeners to “do whatever works for you.” That said, her plan is a simple one.
“I just want a fat needle in my back. That’s it,” she explained, reassuring that her doctors were on board with the approach. “It’s such a short list because you cannot make a plan and assume that little muffin is gonna stick to it. And I’m just not prepared for disappointment on a day that a human is exiting my body.”
While Kylie has “never made a soundtrack” for past labor experiences, she revealed that she’s watched TV before the main event starts. “I do what is advised by the medical staff in the hospital, because I truly believe that labor and delivery nurses are angels that have descended from heaven and landed on Earth,” she continued.
Kylie noted that it’s a personal choice to use an epidural or not, but she had a strongly worded message for anyone who discounts another person’s decision. “People who dismiss birth with an epidural as being ‘not a true birth experience,’ I can promise you from the bottom of my heart, I felt every part of labor,” she added. “I knew what was happening. I could feel everything. Was it painful? No. That’s the point of the fat needle in my back.”
She had a similar message for critics of C-sections — emergency or otherwise — after seeing “triggering comments” online. “I’m trying to be nice,” she joked. “No, never mind. Go f— yourself.”

Kylie Kelce is joking about her pregnancy news, which comes about four months after she shut down rumors that she and husband Jason Kelce were expecting another baby. Kylie, 32, reposted a July TikTok video of herself on Friday, November 22, in which she shook her head and said, “I’m not [pregnant].” The video then […]
After announcing her pregnancy in November 2024, Kylie has been candid about the highs and lows of expecting baby No. 4. Earlier this month, she revealed Jason’s “biggest tip to soon-to-be fathers” in the delivery room.
“He is convinced that men pass out because when pushing starts to happen and birth amps up and the baby is on its way out that you stand up and you get this rush of adrenaline,” she said on the March 6 episode of her podcast. “Because of that, he thinks that you should eat a snack right before mom starts pushing because he’s convinced that it’s an issue with your blood sugar.”
Kylie recalled looking at Jason, 35, during one of their daughters’ births and catching him “mid-bite,” teasing, “He hasn’t passed out, so take the advice. Have a little snicky-snack before the slip-and-slide happens.”
