Model and TikTok influencer Nara Smith is opening up about why she hid her latest pregnancy with baby No. 4 for six months.
Nara, 23, and husband Lucky Blue Smith, 27, announced on Sunday, June 8, that they are expecting their fourth child together. They previously said they were done having kids after the birth of their daughter Whimsy Lou in 2024. (The couple are parents to daughter Rumble Honey and son Slim Easy, born in 2020 and 2022, respectively. )
In a new TikTok video shared on Tuesday, June 11, Nara opened up about becoming a mother of four, all while under the age of 25.
“I’m about six months now, which is crazy to say,” Nara said, crediting “good angles, outfits and sucking in my stomach” for managing to hide her baby bump in her TikTok videos of late.

“I waited to share for as long as I feel like I could because I knew that people would have all kinds of opinions,” Nara explained. “And me, personally, I had to get used to the idea of having another kid since [I was] mentally prepped to be done after Whimsy.”
Elsewhere in the video, Nara said that she and Lucky weren’t planning on having another baby, describing her latest pregnancy as a “surprise baby.”
“Whimsy is only just about over a year. I guess it was meant to be,” she added.
Nara said she is “so excited” to welcome baby No. 4 and that she and Lucky know the gender of their impending arrival. However, the couple doesn’t plan on sharing that news until the baby is born.

The influencer also shared insight into how she and her husband juggle their three children — all of whom are under the age of 5 — and dispelled the notion that she has a nanny or outside help.
“Lucky and I are really good at tag-teaming. We tag-team and really figure out our work schedules and what we have to do, and then the other person takes care of the kids,” Nara said. “And then when we’re lucky, family come and help out when we’re both traveling or it’s just a little too much.”
She continued, “No, I don’t have a nanny. I don’t have a whole team helping me. It’s just me and my husband and any family that’s available to help.”

Nara and Lucky shared their baby news on Sunday with a sweet Instagram post. “Our little surprise🥹🤍,” they captioned a baby reveal video. In the video, Lucky threw his arm around his wife as she lifted her shirt to unveil a growing baby bump. He leaned down to kiss Nara’s stomach in another clip.
While Nara is expecting baby No. 4, Lucky is set to become a father of five. He is also dad to daughter Gravity, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Stormi Bree Henley.
