Prince William offered a rare comment about Prince Louis’ personality at his latest royal engagement.

The Prince of Wales, 43, was asked whether his youngest son has a spunky personality at his latest royal engagement. Prince William and Kate Middleton are parents to Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, and William shared the tidbit during his Sept. 8 visit to the National Federation of Women’s Institute on the third anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death.

While mingling with members over tea and cake, the Daily Mail reported that Nina Derrick asked Prince William, “Is Louis a bit of a handful?”

“He’s a character, but he’s a very good boy. He likes to wind his brother and sister up,” Prince William said about his youngest son.

According to the outlet, the Prince of Wales shared more about Prince George when it was said that he seemed to be the sensible one.

“When George is behind closed doors, it’s completely different. George just knows how to behave,” Prince William said with a smile.

The heir to the throne also commented that there was “five years difference” between his sons, referring to their age gap.

George, Charlotte and Louis’ most recent public appearance as a trio was at Trooping the Colour in June, where a breakout moment of the day was Louis making sure to get the last wave as the royal family departed the Buckingham Palace balcony.

The Wales family retreated from the public eye for their traditional summer break soon after, and William shared a relatable reply on Monday when asked if his kids were back at school.

“Thankfully, yes!” the Prince of Wales said.
