A Real Housewives of New York City and Salt Lake City executive died while giving birth to her son on Monday, June 9.
Lauren Miller died moments after giving birth to her newborn son, Jackson, according to her employer, Shed Media’s Thursday, June 12, announcement.
A GoFundMe page was created by her co-workers to help raise funds for her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Emma, 3, and Jackson, 5 days old, in the wake of her death.
Following her passing, Jackson was placed in the NICU. He was discharged, as of a Thursday, June 12 update, and is now home with his dad and sister. “He has been an angel and has eaten and slept like a champ,” the GoFundMe update read.
The update also shared that a charity that works with families after a maternal loss has offered her family baby formula and diapers, and can connect Kevin with support groups. “He has a long road ahead and we want to make sure we are there for him throughout,” the update read.
Kevin commented on Shed Media’s announcement: “Lauren is the love of my life and I was blessed by God that she chose to spend her life with me and give me two beautiful children to remember her every minute of everyday.”
“Please pray for our family and thank you all for the prayers, kind words and thoughts. God bless. ❤️,” he continued.
Several Housewives stars commented on Shed Media’s announcement. Orange County star Tamra Judge wrote, “Prayers for her family & friends. This is absolutely heartbreaking 💔.”
Salt Lake City star Heather Gay added, “💔.” New York City star Sai de Silva wrote, “😢😢😢.”
PEOPLE reached out to Shed Media for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
