Real Housewives of New Jersey star Rachel Fuda and her husband, John Fuda, have welcomed a baby via IVF.
Rachel, 33, gave birth to son Lorenzo Antonio Fuda on Wednesday, February 19, according to People.
“With the birth of our last baby, our family has grown into everything we ever dreamed — a beautiful circle of six hearts, bound by love, laughter, and the journey we’ve shared,” she told the outlet. “This little soul is our final piece, the sweetest ending to a chapter of beginnings, and the start of a lifetime of cherished moments together. Our hearts are fuller, our home is brighter — our baby boy is here, and I am so grateful to be a mother again.”
Rachel and John share daughters Gianella and Giuliana, who were conceived via IVF. Rachel is also the adoptive mother of John’s son, Jaiden, whom he welcomed in a previous relationship.

During the season 14 special “Off the Rails,” which aired in August 2024, Rachel revealed that she was expecting again, surprising her RHONJ costars with the news in the middle of a toast. Melissa Gorga began, “There’s a lot of life to be had …” at which point Rachel interjected, “Considering I’m pregnant!”
Rachel celebrated the announcement via Instagram at the time. “When I was a little girl, I dreamt of my life as a mother, filling my future home with family and love,” she captioned a video of the couple and their kids shooting pregnancy announcement photos at the beach. “I’m forever grateful to God for allowing me to live my dream every day. With full hearts, we are counting our many blessings as we excitedly anticipate becoming a family of 6.”
During season 13 of the Bravo reality show, Rachel opened up about her fertility journey, telling John that she wanted to go through the IVF process again with the five viable embryos they had left.
“The clock is ticking,” she said at the time. “I just feel like four kids, that’s a good number. The time is now. This is, like, a year[long] process. I want to do this and be done.”
Rachel has also been forthcoming about balancing motherhood with her commitment to the show, explaining how she managed to begin filming the 13th season just seven weeks after giving birth to Giuliana.
“It was tough. You don’t feel like yourself,” she exclusively told Us Weekly in 2022. “You’re uncomfortable. Your body isn’t really yours yet. It was definitely tough. It was mentally very trying, but I feel like I handled it really well.”
Rachel noted that her family served as “an amazing support system” during the hectic chapter.

As Rachel detailed her IVF journey on the show, she bonded with RHONJ producer Maggie Langtry, who was experiencing the same thing.
“I hadn’t told a lot of my family, a lot of my friends that I was going through IVF, and I just word-vomited at you,” Langtry told Rachel during a June 2024 episode.
“That, to me, means the world,” Rachel responded. “That you felt comfortable enough to come to me. And that just immediately bonded us. Because I feel like when that honesty and that conversation goes, it’s like, we’re friends now. We’re IVF buddies.”
