Rebel Wilson is getting candid on her best health tips.
Wilson, 45, took to Instagram on Tuesday, May 27, to encourage her followers as she enters her sixth week of her “health challenge.” She shared that she’s lost more than two pounds since starting her challenge after Easter by cutting out chocolate and ice cream from her diet, per The Daily Mail.
“You delete some things from your life that are unhealthy and pick up some healthy habits,” she recommended.
The Bridesmaids actress admitted that it is a “struggle” trying “multiple healthy habits” but she stays motivated by writing herself a checklist on a post it note.

“But I tell you what, if you can get into a really good groove with all these healthy habits, it can be really great for your physical and mental health and that’s really important,” Wilson added.
The actress lifted her fans by telling them she wants them to “be the healthiest versions” of themselves.”
Wilson also encouraged her followers to DM her on their progress. “Congrats to everyone that’s been on the challenge. Let’s go hard week six. Let’s do it,” she exclaimed.
Wilson’s challenge follows her 77 pound weight-loss in 2020. In April 2024, she opened up to Today’s Hoda Kotb about her journey, revealing that she was working out “like a maniac” to achieve her goals.
“The [coronavirus] pandemic helped because when everything shut down I didn’t have to work,” she explained. To maintain her weight-loss, Wilson candidly shared with The Sunday Times in 2024 that she went on Ozempic for a short time, but had since stopped using the drug.
Wilson also opened up to Us Weekly about her weight loss, sharing there’s really “no magic fix.”

“I’d been on diets [and] I’ve been really good [about] exercising pretty much my entire life,” she explained. “For me, it was the emotional element that I’d never looked at. I’d kind of been, like, ‘Emotions … Ugh, I don’t want to talk about things.’”
Wilson added a piece of advice: “It’s good to value yourself and be healthy, [but] you don’t have to be obsessive.”
