Rebel Wilson is staying true to herself amid her wellness journey.
The 46-year-old actress and soon-to-be mom of two shared a candid message about her body image to her Instagram Stories on March 31. Along with a photo of her baring her stomach in nothing but a sports bra and shorts, the Pitch Perfect star wrote, "I don't think I'll ever have a bikini body — that's just not me."
She continued, "But my body has carried me through this life and I am so grateful for it!"
There have been moments when Wilson has proudly rocked a swimsuit on social media, like when she posted a selfie of herself in a bikini in 2021 and again in 2022.

In the next slide, Wilson detailed some of the lifestyle changes she's been making. "I'm trying to get in my daily steps, do a Pilates class once or twice a week, some strength training when I can, eat as healthy as I can," she wrote.
Wilson also added a comment about using medication for weight loss. "But let's face it I love sweets so I need those GLP's [sic] from time to time to give a little help."
She has, of course, been trying to balance all of the above with motherhood. Wilson welcomed her first child, daughter Royce Lillian, with wife Ramona Agruma via surrogate in November 2022, and the now-3-year-old made an appearance in her mom's Instagram Stories.
"Being a working Mum, you just try your best! Shout out to everyone trying to be the healthiest versions of themselves while dealing with a LOT," she wrote across a sweet photo of her and her little one.
Wilson, who has previously talked about her habit of "emotional eating," embarked upon a "year of health" in 2020 and focused on being healthier rather than fixating on the scale.

“You never want it to be about the number, because it really isn't about that,” she told PEOPLE that year. “It's about: I was doing some unhealthy things to my body and I just wanted to change it and become a healthier person.” By 2022, she lost 80 lbs. but has been open about her weight fluctuating, especially under stress. That includes when she became a first-time mom.
"I did gain weight once I had my baby, because although I didn’t give birth to her and I didn’t need to lose any baby weight, I had just gained weight from the lack of sleep and from the change in my lifestyle," Wilson told Daily Mail in 2023. "For instance, now I can’t go to the gym as often as I used to. I’m just not working out as much, so that has slowed me down."
On her journey, Wilson found the foods and workout routines that worked for her, but did reveal that she briefly tried Ozempic, the FDA-approved type 2 diabetes drug that can aid with weight loss, in a 2024 interview with The Sunday Times.
