Robert Irwin is learning something new from his former Dancing with the Stars partner, Witney Carson.
The wildlife conservationist, 22, likely spent a lot of time surrounded by makeup during his time on season 34 of ABC's competition series; and now, the professional dancer, 32, is putting him to the test with a beauty challenge on social media.
The pair teamed back up for a hilarious makeup moment seen in a joint Instagram post, featuring Irwin attempting to narrate the step-by-step process of Carson's "Get Ready with Me (GRWM)" routine, going from completely bare-faced to a full beat.

"Hi, I'm Witney Carson. Joke, it's Robert Irwin! Here we go," Irwin begins the video, which captures only his commentary and pictures Carson solo on screen as she prepares to do her makeup for the clip shared on Monday, March 30.
The Dancing with the Stars pro begins by putting a few pumps of foundation on her face before taking a makeup brush to blend it together. She's thorough with it, softening the various shades around her cheeks and forehead.

Meanwhile, Irwin believed her to be doing something different.
"First, I'm going to put, like, mud on my face in different colors and then rub it in. Blending! Blending! Blending! Blending!" he says as she begins her routine.
Carson then takes concealer and dabs a few dots beneath her eyes before grabbing her beauty sponge to blend it into the skin. The animal expert, however, was heavily distracted by the oval-shaped sponge.

"Now, I'm putting small stuff on my face, and there's an egg," he says. "Why is there an egg? More on my face, and another egg. I don't know what the egg is!"
As Carson moved on to her eye shadow, Irwin was confidently correct with his narration.

"Time for brows!" he says as the dancer begins to brush her eyebrows up with her tinted brush.
"Looks like Bob Ross painting a tree," he hilariously adds, a comment that garnered a response from Carson in the comment section. "The Bob Ross painting is a stretch," she wrote under the post.
The DWTS champ moves onto her eyelashes next. To no surprise, the curling portion shocked Irwin.

"Ah! Ah, I'm uncomfortable," he exclaims as she curls her eyelashes with the metal tool in a graphic visual.
Carson then took a red-hued pen and added fake freckles to her face, a decision Irwin wasn't exactly sure about.
"Now what's happening. Ah, why? Oh, freckles! Oh my goodness," he says, slightly confused.
Carson added mascara afterwards.
"Okay, now I'm going to poke myself in the eye some more," jokes Irwin as she repetitively applies the makeup to her lashes.
Carson's next move stumped Irwin, who attempted to narrate her lip-stain process. Unsure of the product, which appears black upon application before peeling it off to reveal the reddish tint, the animal expert apologized.

"Okay. Interesting. I'm really sorry, Witney, but I'm trying to see the vision here. Wait, what?" he says as she begins to wipe away the black shell to reveal the natural reddish hue on the lip.
Irwin concluded the video and invited followers to tune into the next "Get Ready with Me," a newly introduced segment for the dance-partners-turned-friends that racked up praise in the comment section.
"This was the best GRWM I’ve ever seen. Oh my gosh 😂 @robertirwinphotography chaos! Hahaha!" Irwin's sister, Bindi, wrote under the post.
"@robertirwinphotography nailed it for sure 🤣," commented the official Dancing with the Stars Instagram account.
"Robert is a girl's girl and you can't change my mind," penned a third user, while a fourth wrote: "I never want to watch another makeup videos unless it has your voice over 😂."
