Scott Foley and Marika Domińczyk are celebrating their 18th wedding anniversary!
Domińczyk, best known for roles in Brothers & Sisters and Grey’s Anatomy, shared a joint Instagram post with the Scandal actor on Thursday, June 5, marking the day they tied the knot back in 2007.
“Happy Married 18 (22 together… what is that in #hollywood years? 😂❤️),” she wrote in the caption. “We’re the GOATS @scottkfoley.”
In the post, Domińczyk shared two photos of her and Foley together, which appear to be the same photo, one in color and the other in black and white.
The middle photo in the slideshow, Domińczyk explained, is a close-up snap of her and Foley, from a trip to Mexico in 2003. “You’re welcome 😉,” she added.
Domińczyk’s post also included the phrase “Kocham Cię,” which, when translated from her native Polish, means “I love you.”
Foley’s Scandal co-stars Bellamy Young and Katie Lowes shared their well wishes for the couple in the comments section.
“BABIIIIIEEEEEES!!!🥰😍🥰 I love you both SO MUCH & am celebrating your beautiful love. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! And here’s to all that’s to come! ❤️🥂🔥👑🎉,” Young wrote, while Lowes chimed in, “Happy anniversary!!!! Love you guys so so so so much!!!”
In 2023, Foley and Domińczyk opened up to PEOPLE about their favorite wedding memory from their nuptials in Hawaii.
“Our wedding was, unfortunately, terribly documented. But we have this, from the night before,” Foley said, referencing a casual photo of him kissing Domińczyk on the forehead.
“We were walking back to our hotel room in Lanai and Marika wanted a ‘last photo’ before we were married,” he continued. “I’ve always thought that this really caught the true ‘us.'”
Foley added that he remembered feeling “so in love” with Domińczyk in that moment.
The longtime pair most famously shared the screen when Domińczyk had a recurring role on Foley’s show Whiskey Cavalier.
The couple are parents to their three children: daughter Malina and sons Keller and Konrad.

In 2020, after welcoming his youngest child with Domińczyk, Foley joked to PEOPLE that he and Domińczyk were “outnumbered.”
The entire family stepped out together in February 2025 at a special screening of Foley’s newest film, the Netflix rom-com La Dolce Villa.
