Tyler Stanaland appears to be off the market this summer.
The Selling the OC alum, 35, is currently dating Hannah Morrissey, a source exclusively shared with Us Weekly.
“Tyler is very happily dating Hannah. While it’s relatively new, they’re having a lot of fun,” the insider revealed. “They’ve been traveling a bit together, and Tyler’s really happy.”
Some fans may have noticed Stanaland slowly beginning to showcase a special someone in his life on his social media profiles.
In between surfing at Orange County beaches and selling homes throughout Southern California, the real estate agent recently started sharing memories with Morrissey online.
“Polaroids from paradise. Adventures have been 11/10 as of late,” Stanaland wrote via Instagram on May 19. “CA -> Palm Springs -> Baja -> Oahu 📸.”
After Stanaland tagged Morrissey in a few Polaroid shots, a fan asked, “Is this a soft launch?” He replied, “Hard launch.”
After becoming a licensed agent at 18 years old, Stanaland found himself in the spotlight when he appeared on Netflix’s Selling the OC in the summer of 2022.
Shortly after his reality TV premiere, Stanaland and his ex-wife, Brittany Snow, announced via social media that they had called it quits after two years of marriage.
In March 2024, Stanaland said via social media that “a mutual commitment was made, both personally and legally, to never speak about the complexities of my marriage publicly and I plan to honor that.”
During the Selling the OC season 2 finale in September 2023, Stanaland and costar Alex Hall shared their feelings for each other and experienced a steamy kiss. When season 3 premiered in May 2024, however, the pair were not together.
In October 2023, Stanaland officially departed the Oppenheim Group to work with his father’s real estate firm, Douglas Elliman. At the time, he explained to People that the decision was solely “for my clients and my career.”
“Leaving the Oppenheim Group wasn’t an easy decision, but is the right decision for me and my clients,” Stanaland revealed. “Not only am I joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman, I’m aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders.”
While it’s unclear whether Stanaland will appear in season 4 of Selling the OC, cast member Austin Victoria raised eyebrows when he posted a video with his former coworker at an event.

“BTS SOC Season 4 @netflix ‼️,” he wrote via Instagram on May 6.
Netflix confirmed in January that the series will return for season 4, with production underway and a release date to be announced at a later time.
