Amanda Miller is officially a mom of two!
The reality TV star welcomed her second baby, a daughter, with husband JJ Mizell, on Wednesday, Aug. 6, announcing the happy news via a joint Instagram post on Friday, Aug. 8. In the post, the newly minted parents of two included pictures of their first few moments with their newborn in the delivery room.
“8/6/25 We welcomed our second baby girl 💕 & what a blessing she already is 🥹” Miller captioned her post.
The couple first announced their exciting pregnancy news in a joint Instagram post featuring an adorable video of the soon-to-be family of four on the beach in February 2025. The post started with Miller and Mizell walking in the sand, holding the hand of their then-10-month-old daughter Miya Marie. The family wore tan-colored outfits, with Mizell pairing his striped shirt with black jeans.
Set to the Maoli’s “Every Night Every Morning,” the video showed the family embracing each other, before cutting to a shot of Miller and Mizell holding up the sonogram. The next clip showed Miller in front of the water, caressing her baby bump. Another shot showed Miya in full big sister duty, kissing her mother’s belly.
The couple ended the video with a shot of a surfboard in the sand, with the words “Baby Mizell #2 Summer 2025,” written over it in white text. “Extra love coming in 2025 🤍,” Miller wrote in the caption.
The couple welcomed their daughter Miya in March 2024 and regularly share updates to their social media pages showcasing the growth of their little girl. In December 2024, Miller posted a hilarious, and very relatable, video to her Instagram showing her journey through pregnancy, labor and breastfeeding.
It ended with a clip of Miya repeatedly saying “dada,” while she sat in Miller’s lap. The MTV star looked down at her daughter, jokingly asking, “Are you kidding me?” and tried to get her to say “mama.” After a brief pause, Miya continued saying “dada.”
“All that love and effort for this?! 😂 #daddysgirl,” Miller captioned her post. “Don’t be fooled, she loves her mama 😉😘🩷”

After announcing their engagement on in a sweet Instagram post in October, the couple tied the knot the following month. The couple shared a series of black-and-white photos on the staircase outside of their venue.
Miller wore a short dress with a V-neck and long sleeves, paired with matching pumps. Her hair was in loose waves, and her veil was embroidered with leaves at the end. Mizell wore a dark and tie, with a light shirt underneath. Miya had on an adorable dress with pearls on it.
