Teen Mom’s Mackenzie McKee Is Pregnant, Expecting Twins With Fiancé Khesanio Hall

Mackenzie McKee is facing a new chapter of motherhood.

The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star expecting twins with fiancé Khesanio Hall, she announced on March 31.

“No one knows I’m pregnant, but I am,” Mackenzie—who is also mom to kids Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 10, and Broncs, 7, with ex Josh McKee—shared during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show. “There’s two in there.”

Alluding to her past teen pregnancy and her in-vitro fertilization (IVF) journey, both of which were documented on the long-running MTV franchise, the 30-year-old jokingly added, “It was planned—finally!”

The pregnancy news comes nearly a year after Khesanio, 30, popped the question during a romantic beach proposal. At the time, Mackenzie said the soccer player is “100 percent my person.”

“When two people come together and they’re not compatible, it just doesn’t make sense,” Mackenzie told E! News in May, noting that their relationship “so far has made a lot of sense.”
