Earlier this month, viewers watched an episode where Mackenize underwent a double embryo transfer. At the time, viewers did not know if the transfer was successful.

In a separate social media post, Mackenzie explained why IVF was the best plan of action for her family.

Back in May 2024, Us Weekly exclusively confirmed that Mackenzie and Hall were engaged after a beachside proposal. Since then, the couple has been focused on expanding their family before planning their dream wedding.

“I’m just really happy and I’ve never had this kind of love,” Mackenzie gushed to Us at the time. “I just really, really look up to him as a person, and he just kind of stepped in and raised these kids.”

She added, “There’s not one day that I doubted or had any doubts.”
