The Cheesecake Factory’s Fan-Favorite Holiday Dessert Is Back

The Cheesecake Factory is kicking off the holiday season with the return of a popular chocolate and peppermint-flavored dessert.

The restaurant chain announced the return of its fan-favorite Peppermint Stick Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake, the dessert that looks like a snow day and tastes like one too.

The seasonal slice layers peppermint with white and dark chocolate cheesecake, all piled onto a mint-chocolate brownie base that matches even the most festive holiday décor. The sweet treat is available now at Cheesecake Factory locations nationwide, giving diners plenty of time to work it into their “just one more bite” routine.

And because the holidays are also peak gift-card-panic season, the chain is rolling out its annual deal that’s just as sweet as the beloved dessert. For every $50 in gift cards purchased, online or in restaurants, guests will snag a $15 bonus card to use between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28, 2026. Translation: gift one, keep one and suddenly your next scheduled brunch is covered.

“We are pleased to announce the return of our seasonal favorite, Peppermint Stick Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake,” said David Overton, founder and CEO of The Cheesecake Factory in a press release obtained by PEOPLE. “We look forward to the holidays all year, including the return of our holiday gift card offer and Peppermint Stick Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake.”

With over 250 dishes on its famously encyclopedic menu — plus the recent addition of new Bites and Bowls — Cheesecake Factory gift cards are built for nearly anyone on your gift list, from the friend who lives off takeout to the cousin who treats the menu like a personal challenge.

The bonus card works for dine-in, pickup or curbside to-go orders. Of course, the brand’s signature cheesecakes (over 30 mouthwatering flavors) remain its holiday calling card, and this peppermint-meets-chocolate comeback might be the sweetest sign yet that the jolly season has officially begun.
