Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is loving his duty as a girl dad.
In a new video shared to his social media Tuesday, July 29, the 53-year-old father of three sat still as his two youngest girls gave him yet another custom makeover.
“I’ve learned over time that you look back on life’s decisions and say, ‘That was a good idea.That was a great idea.’ Or… ‘What the %#$@ was I thinking??’” he captioned the Instagram Reel.
Johnson has three daughters: Simone Johnson, 23, whom he shares with ex-wife Dany Garcia, as well as Jasmine, 9, and Tiana, 6, whom he shares with his wife, Lauren Hashian.
The Smashing Machine star joked that he has “a very large head with A LOT of ‘canvas’ to use for these little chicken’s enjoyment and artistic make-over endeavors.”
“Our little ones are only little once, so bring it on ladies – daddy is fearless,” he concluded.
At the start of the video, he did his best to keep a straight face as Jasmine and Tiana giggled, painting his entire head a sparkling, hot pink. Johnson also rocked a lighter shade of pink on his lips. Metallic gold flash tattoos had been applied to his neck.
Eventually, he couldn’t help but burst into laughter as well.
“Head straight,” he was told in the clip, with a seemingly defeated, but hilarious gaze on his face as he sat in front of an impressive assortment of Labubus.
Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence” played over the video, cued up to “Hello darkness, my old friend.”
“eyes say a thousand words,” one person commented with multiple laughing emojis. Pro wrestler Trinity Fatu also joined in on the laughter.
Others praised the former WWE star for creating magical moments with his kids: “The Rock is a for real girl Dad!!!”
Johnson, who plays Maui in Moana and Moana 2, and also reprised his role in the live-action iteration, spoke to PEOPLE at the opening of Cirque du Soleil ‘Auana in Honolulu in December 2024, where he revealed his star power with his girls, sharing who their favorite character from the franchise is.
“Of course I am!” he said. “We’re very fortunate.”
The Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw star is big on making time for his family, and told PEOPLE in 2023 how he balances fatherhood amid his busy career.
“I’ve reached a point in my life where I can create my own schedule, which has really been nice, because it wasn’t always that way, and I’m really lucky,” Johnson said at the time. “It allows me to get closer to the girls.”
