Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar and Chappell Roan all have something unexpected in common.

According to the American Heart Association, each artist has a song that can help save a life.

The “After Midnight” singer’s hit “Pink Pony Club,” which is 107 beats per minute, can be used for hands-only CPR, per Instagram.

“Congratulations to Best New Artist @ChappellRoan! We’re gonna keep on dancin’ and savin’ lives to ‘Pink Pony Club.’ ✨ If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest. #ChappellRoan #Grammys #NationofLifesavers #HeartMonth” the AHA wrote captioned a post on Wednesday, Feb. 5 to celebrate Roan’s win as best new artist at the 2025 Grammy Awards

On Monday, Feb. 3, the AHA also revealed that the “Euphoria” musician’s track “Not Like Us” — at 101 beats per minute — was the perfect tempo for hands-only CPR.

“Mustard on the beat,” they captioned the post on Instagram. “And it could help you save a life with Hands-Only CPR. If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest to the rhythm of ‘Not Like Us.’ #KendrickLamar #NotLikeUs #NationofLifesavers #CPR”

After the “16 Carriages” performer took home album of the year at this year’s Grammys, the AHA revealed her hit “Texas Hold ‘Em” — at 110 beats per minute — was the perfect tempo for hands-on CPR.

“Park your Lexus and throw your keys up cuz @Beyonce finally got that Album of the Year win. 👑 So crank up “Texas Hold ‘Em” and remember that if you see a teen or adult collapse, Hands-Only CPR is your best chance to save their life. Call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest. #Beyonce #CowboyCarter #Grammys #NationofLifesavers #HeartMonth,” they captioned an Instagram post on Wednesday, Feb. 5.

Back in April, the AHA shared that Taylor Swift’s latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, could help save a life.

After Swift dropped her latest album, they confirmed the song,”The Tortured Poets Department” features the exact tempo for hands-on CPR — 110 beats per minute.

“A double album!?! 🤯 So double the chances for songs with lifesaving beats!?! ✌️,” read the AHA’s April 19 Instagram post. “If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911, then push hard and fast in the center of the chest to the beat of ‘The Tortured Poets Department.’ Thanks, @taylorswift!”

Several fans joked about this news in the comment section. “*takes notes* another banger to add to a life-saving playlist 🙏,” wrote user.

Another quipped: “And just like that a whole new generation knew what to do in an emergency! 🚨 ❤️.”

“But she stopped CPR after all it’s no use 😂😂😂😂,” added another, riffing with lyrics from the album’s “So Long, London” track.

The Bee-Gee’s “Stayin’ Alive” has notably served as the go-to reference song for hands-on CPR, however, the British Heart Association previously shared that Swift’s ex Matty Healy’s band, The 1975, also has a song with 110 beats per minute. Some of Charli xcx’s songs from Brat are also perfect for hands-on CPR.
