Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are back in Studio 8H.

The Saturday Night Live alums reunited during the Oct. 11 episode of Lorne Michael’s long-running sketch comedy show — but this time Poehler, 54, and Fey, 55, teamed up for the cold open to impersonate Attorney General Pam Bondi and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem.

Poehler’s Bondi introduced herself at a Senate hearing. “What’s up nerds,” she said. “My name is Pam Bondi. I spell it with an ‘I’ ’cause I ain’t gonna answer any of your questions. My time is valuable. The DOJ has many ongoing operations, and we’re moving like [FBI Director] Kash Patel’s eyeballs — very quickly in multiple directions at once.”

After countering questions from Sens. Richard Blumenthal (Mikey Day), Sheldon Whitehouse (Jeremy Culhane), and John Kennedy (Andrew Dismukes) with her “roast-style burns” and her paper cheat sheet, Poehler’s Bondi welcomed a special guest to share her thoughts on the increasing presence of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“Hold my gun,” Fey’s Noem said after strutting onstage holding a sizable assault rifle. “That’s right, it’s me Kristi Noem. I spell my name with an ‘I’ because that’s how I thought it was spelled. And I’m the rarest type of person in Washington, D.C. — a brunette that Donald Trump listens to.”

Going on to address a senator’s desire to end the government shutdown, Fey referenced the former South Dakota governor’s confession that she’d shot and killed her puppy by quipping, “Ha! That makes me laugh more than the end of Old Yeller.”

She added of the tragic ending to the 1957 movie, during which 15-year-old Travis Coates is forced to shoot and kill his beloved dog after he was bitten by a rabid wolf, “Dogs don’t just get shot. Heroes shoot them.”

Fey’s Noem also defended ICE by poking fun at one of her recruiting ads while Poehler’s Bondi popped in after every line to add her own enthusiastic commentary.

Fey’s Noem (and Poehler’s Bondi) said to the camera: “Do you need a job now? (Yeah!) Are you a big, tough guy? (Yeah!) Tough enough for the army or police? (No!) But do you take supplements that you bought at a gas station? (Daily.) Do you like to use zip ties, because people in your life don’t trust you with keys? (You know it!) Then buckle up and slap on some Oakleys, big boy. Welcome to ICE.”
