Travis Kelce Jokes He’s Unqualified to Give Advice About Raising ‘Feral Kids’: ‘Only 1 Parent Here’

Travis Kelce admitted he’s not the most qualified person to be doling out parenting advice — but that hasn’t stopped him yet.

During a bonus episode of “New Heights” released Thursday, April 24, via Wondery+, Travis, 35, and his brother, Jason Kelce, returned to their fan hotline to answer questions about raising kids.

“Don’t forget there’s only one parent here,” Travis teased at the beginning of the episode.

Jason, 37, has plenty of expertise after recently welcoming his fourth daughter with wife Kylie Kelce. Both he and Travis attempted to help one caller who revealed her three kids “are completely feral.”

“What can I do to make them not kill themselves and each other?” the fan wondered, adding that she suspected the Kelce siblings were just as rambunctious when they were younger.

Travis acknowledged that the fan’s situation was a “tough one” before sharing his two cents. “You need to find a way to discipline them so that they’re scared of doing s*** that will get them in trouble,” the tight end said.

Jason agreed, also suggesting that the caller gets rid of any “sharp corners” in their home. “You need to baby-proof this house for your grown-up, non-baby kids,” he added.

When it comes to being a parent of three, however, Travis said there are likely “certain things you just gotta live with.”

“They’re just gonna f***ing try to have fun, you know?” he continued. “I remember me and Jason one day, our parents were gone for maybe 10 minutes and we started doing WWE across the living room floor. Jason powerbombed me into the couch and then hit me with an elbow … and we went right through the f***ing living room floor. Broke the hardwood floor, and then we just moved the couch over it.”

According to Jason, there are some instances where “there’s nothing you can do as a parent” but let your kids learn from their mistakes. “Lean into it,” he added. “The more they f*** themselves up, the more they will learn to not do stupid s***. Or they won’t.”

Travis — unprompted — confessed another one of his “wild and crazy” childhood moments. “I remember jumping off garages onto trampolines and then ending up in some bushes because I couldn’t stop myself from bouncing on the trampoline,” he said. “Kids are gonna be idiots.”

Moving on to another chaotic call, the brothers were asked to help one listener whose daughter is “stealing other people’s snacks” — and even stuffing “gummy worms in her underwear.”

The siblings were stumped. “I would say you’re on your own,” Travis said. “I have no f***ing idea what to do with that.”
