According to one Nordstrom Rack shopper, it’s “the softest cashmere I’ve ever owned.” In addition to this trendy cherry red, there are more colors to peruse including classic black, soft pale blue, approachable gray, and more.

The beauty of a sweater like this is all the layering possibilities that come with it. I love the way a white T-shirt looks underneath, where the crewneck just barely peeps out. A preppier approach is throwing on a button-up shirt, so that the collar adds visual interest to the ensemble.

Worn over a black tank top and high-waisted jeans, Alba draped her sweater over her outfit for an effortless, throw-on-and-go aesthetic. I’d recreate the actress’ look with this similar yet less oversized style from Nordstrom Rack. I prefer its slimmer silhouette as its more appropriate for office days.
Chanyarn Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater
As evidenced by Pamela Anderson, a black turtleneck is a fall must-have. This sweater reminds me of hers but with the added bonus of being made of 100 percent cashmere. Shoppers agree the material is exceptionally soft and comfortable. Bonus: According to the brand, the sweater will only get more plush with each wash.
How to Wash Cashmere
The best laid plan is to hand wash your sweater in cold water with a gentle detergent. When air drying on a flat surface, make sure to press the excess water out instead of wringing it, which can damage the shape of the sweater.
