That’s right: Buckle up and hold on tight as the astronomical phenomenon kicks off March 14 and will last for nearly a month this time, ending on April 7.

But what should you know about its effect going into this period? According to astrologer Aliza Kelly, Mercury begins its retrograde at 9º Aries and moves back into Pisces, “making this a fiery, yet emotionally charged retrograde.”

“Aries is known for impulsivity,” Aliza explained to E! News. “While Pisces dissolves boundaries, which means communication may feel chaotic, reactive, or even misleading. Expect delays, misunderstandings, and a strong need to reassess personal goals before making any big moves.”

And typically, though the effects of this occurrence can happen to any zodiac sign, there are a few that will be feeling the shift just a bit more than the rest.
