A few Kardashian-Jenner family members have spoken candidly about their plastic surgery procedures, offering in-depth explanations about going under the knife.
Kylie Jenner, for example, had already confirmed that she had a breast augmentation before sharing more details about the surgery in June 2025.
“What it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done?” a social media user asked via TikTok, calling Kylie’s implants “the most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever.”
In her reply, the Kylie Cosmetics founder got specific. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol,” Kylie replied in the comments section, name-dropping her plastic surgeon, the Beverly Hills-based Dr. Garth Fisher.
Of course, Kylie isn’t the only member of the family who has gotten real about their surgery. Kourtney Kardashian also admitted to having a boob job during her Keeping Up With the Kardashians days.
