An Oklahoma woman was arrested after authorities allege she produced and posted videos of herself sexually abusing her dog.
Christina Stokes, 45, was charged with publishing or distributing obscene material, animal cruelty and crimes against nature on Feb. 28, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by PEOPLE. It’s unclear if she has entered a plea and her public court docket does not list an attorney.
Police in Edmond, Okla, began investigating Stokes in September 2024 after receiving a report about a 15-minute long video of a woman sexually abusing a brown Great Dane, which was shared on a pornographic website, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by PEOPLE. During the investigation, police claim they also found a similar video shared on another pornographic website.
According to the affidavit, police also noted the woman is seen in the video letting the dog lick her tongue and the inside of her mouth. The woman and the dog also engaged in oral sex, police said, adding that the woman was wearing “crotchless pants,” a partial face mask, and knee-high pink and white socks, per the affidavit.
She also had a red tattoo, which led authorities to a Facebook profile allegedly belonging to Stokes. Police claimed that profile also had pictures of the dog seen in the videos, the affidavit states.

On Feb. 27, police executed a search warrant at Stokes’ home, where they claim they found several items seen in the videos. Those items include a blue dog collar, knee-high socks, and similar fuzzy bedsheets, according to the affidavit.
Police said Stokes denied making the videos or sexually abusing her dog. But when police asked Stokes again, she paused for 10 seconds and allegedly responded, “I can’t say an interest hadn’t been there,” the affidavit states.
Stokes was subsequently arrested and booked into the Edmond Jail.
