One woman is telling all about her $120K of facial plastic surgery.
Content creator Violet, known as @violetvanitypalms on TikTok and Instagram, shared a video breaking down the different cosmetic procedures she has undergone. She posted the video on May 23 and it has since accumulated over 350K views as of this writing.
“I have spent over $120,000 on my face, and I’m going to rate all the procedures that I’ve done. Let’s start from top to bottom,” Violet said at the beginning.
The influencer began with discussing her hair transplant, explaining that the procedure was “done along the hairline to lower my hairline just a smidge.” She gave it a high rating – “10 out of 10” – and did not voice any complaints.
Next was Violet’s “full face facial fat transfer,” which she had done to her “forehead, temples, under eye, lateral lower face, cheeks and chin shadows.” According to the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, the procedure involves injecting one’s own fat into the facial area to add volume. The content creator rated the procedure a “100 out of 10,” adding that she “loves it so much.”
“Fat transfer is the most natural, safest and longest-lasting way to augment the face,” Violet claimed. “It also rejuvenates the skin. So you get to rewind the clock from inside out.”
She continued to talk about her upper blepharoplasty – also known as an upper eyelid lift. The creator gave the procedure a high rating, while also cautioning her viewers against making “the crease so high” and “removing too much skin.”
“That actually happened to me and I had difficulties closing my eyes, which caused chronic dry eyes,” Violet explained candidly. The creator added that she ended up having punctal plugs installed to “produce more tears.”
Violet moved onto her nose, stating that she has had rhinoplasty five times. “This is another 10 out of 10 for me, although if I were to do it again, I would go to my current surgeon, who turned out to be much more skilled and qualified than my first surgeon,” she explained.
The creator also had notes on her lip lift. While she loved the results, she also noted that the recovery was “very, very difficult” and lasted about two years due to swelling. “I had no idea that I got a deep, plane lip lift, which has a much longer downtime than skin-only lip lift,” Violet explained, adding that the procedure she got lasts longer than the other. “I’m glad that I did it, but I will just mentally prepare,” she said.
One procedure that Violet regrets is her buccal fat removal. “I had this done in my 20s. I had a much fuller, chubbier face, as we all do in our 20s,” she explained in her video. “I thought I wanted that sculpted supermodel look. However, now that I’m in my 30s, I really regret doing that, because now I’m using fat transfer to restore the prematurely removed volume.”
Violet then discussed her supplemental liposuction, also known as chin liposuction, saying it was “effective” but she would only rate it a six out of 10. Now, she noted that it makes her neck area appear more thin.
Other procedures the creator discussed were her various skin treatments, including lasers, radio frequency and microneedling. “I barely have to do anything crazy to maintain the results,” Violet said, giving them a high rating.

I know what it’s like to feel lost, broken, and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.”
“I created Vanity Palms because I needed a space like this during my darkest moments, a place where it was okay to not be okay, and where I could get guidance from people who’ve actually been through it all,” the description reads.
