Gwyneth Paltrow is a proud mother of two, but she doesn’t always show her kids off on social media. 

The Oscar-winning actress and Goop CEO shares daughter Apple Martin and son Moses Martin with her ex husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

In March 2024, the Marty Supreme star opened up to The Sunday Times about becoming an empty nester as Moses was set to attend Brown University that fall.

"On the one hand, incredible sadness. A deep sense of impending grief. On the other hand, this is exactly what should be happening," she said. "Your kids are supposed to be, you know, young adults who can achieve and cope and make connections and be resilient. That's exactly what you want. And that means they leave the house."

Meanwhile, Paltrow has collaborated with Apple as she has explored modeling. The mother and daughter appeared in a fall campaign for Gap in October 2025. More recently, shortly after graduating from Vanderbilt University in May 2026, Apple appeared in a Chloé photo shoot.

Over the years, Paltrow has traveled to different destinations with her children, including Barcelona, Spain.

In a May 2016 Instagram post, the entrepreneur sent greetings from the city alongside Apple and Moses.

Paltrow and Martin made headlines when they agreed to “consciously uncouple” in March 2014 after 10 years of marriage, but have remained friends and co-parents.

“Family structure can be reinvented and divorce doesn’t have to be devastating,” Paltrow told the U.K.’s The London Standard in January 2019. “It doesn’t have to be the end of your relationship with somebody.”

In the time since, Paltrow and Martin have shared photos of their family together.

"HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY to the best daddy in the world!!! We 💖you so much!" she wrote in March 2017.

To commemorate Mother’s Day, the Shakespeare in Love star posed with the ones who gave her the title.

In November 2020, the Iron Man actress spent Thanksgiving with her kids and took the annual holiday to also remember her late father Bruce Paltrow on what would have been his 77th birthday.

"On this November 26th, I was able to visit my father's resting place (on his birthday) with these two loves of my life," she wrote in a social media tribute. "Happy thanksgiving. Life has incredible highs and lows. Perhaps feeling it all at the same time is the art. 💖"
