Natalie Joy is sharing new details about her twins on the way.
While answering questions from her followers on her Instagram Stories, the 27-year-old wife of Bachelor alum Nick Viall, 45, responded to one person who asked whether she used intrauterine insemination, in vitro fertilization, or natural methods to conceive her twin girls.
“We were lucky enough to conceive them naturally 👼👼,” she responded, over a picture of the sonogram and a finger painting.

Joy, who also confirmed that she and her husband have already chosen names for their babies on the way, later responded to another question about whether twins run in her or Viall's families.
"Both of our sisters have them!!" she shared, posting a picture of Viall and their daughter River, 2.
The couple first announced in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Feb. 4, that they're expecting twins. The happy news comes after a tough year for Joy, who publicly shared she experienced three miscarriages in 2025.
"Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it’s TWINS 🌈🌈," Joy and Viall wrote in their joint caption. In the sweet photos, Joy could be seen wearing a silk shirt that was unbuttoned to showcase her baby bump.
She held up a series of sonogram images, standing next to Viall, who held the other side. He also had River on his hip, who wore a cream sweater that read "Big Sister."

This past August, Viall shared that his wife Joy had experienced her third miscarriage in a year on an episode of their podcast The Viall Files. A week later, the mom and content creator posted a statement on her Instagram Stories as she thanked her community for their support.
"Hi friends ❤️ Wanted to thank everyone for the love and support after sharing that we experienced our 3rd miscarriage," Joy wrote in her statement. "I took this last week to recover physically from my second D&C, lean on my people and nonstop squeezing my miracle rivvy girl."
A D&C refers to the term dilation and curettage, which, according to the Mayo Clinic, is "a procedure to remove tissue from inside your uterus. Health care professionals perform [d&c] to diagnose and treat certain uterine conditions — such as heavy bleeding — or to clear the uterine lining after a miscarriage or abortion."
"I'm working very closely with my doctors that I love and trust and eager to find out what's going on so we don't experience this heartbreak for a 4th time. love yall ❤️."
