Rachel Zegler and Josh Andrés Rivera continue to cheer each other on.
Months after Rivera showed support for Zegler at her concert performance of The Last Five Years, the former exes reunited again as the actress returned the favor by attending his Broadway run in The Rocky Horror Show.
On Sunday, June 28, Zegler shared a sweet backstage mirror selfie from Rivera's dressing room on her Instagram Stories. In the photo, the pair smiled together beneath a sign bearing the actor's name and Rocky, the character he plays in the Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of Richard O'Brien's beloved musical.
"CONGRATS GRAD!" Zegler, 25, wrote across the image, tagging Rivera, 31.
The actress also posted a photo of the cast taking their bows, adding, "so intensely proud of my friend Josh!"
In another Story, Zegler shared a backstage photo with Rocky Horror star Luke Evans, who leads the production as Dr. Frank-N-Furter.

This is not the first time Zegler has supported Rivera's Rocky Horror run. When his casting was announced in January, Zegler commented on the post, "LOVE TO SEE IT."
The outing marks the latest public show of support between the former couple, who met while filming Steven Spielberg's 2021 adaptation of West Side Story. They later starred together in 2023's The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes before splitting in 2024.

Ahead of opening night, Rivera told PEOPLE he jumped at the chance to join the cult-favorite musical.
"I absolutely love this show. I love this material," he said, recalling his reaction when he first learned about the audition. "My first thought was like, 'Holy s—, yes.' I had to be a part of it."
The actor said he first watched The Rocky Horror Picture Show while touring with Hamilton and was surprised by how deeply it resonated with him. "I was shocked at how much it really moved me," Rivera said. "The humor in it is really amazing."
He added that the musical gives people "permission" to embrace the parts of themselves they often keep hidden. "I just want people to see it," he said. "It's gonna be so strange and so fun and like a big party that everybody's invited to."

Meanwhile, Zegler is preparing for her own return to Broadway. The actress will reprise her Olivier Award-winning performance as Eva Perón in Evita, which is scheduled to begin performances on Feb. 27, 2027 at the Winter Garden Theatre ahead of an opening on March 25.
The production, directed by Jamie Lloyd, transfers to New York following its acclaimed West End run.
“Performing Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's brilliant show in London was a dream come true, but being able to partner once again with Jamie to bring Evita to Broadway is a once in a lifetime opportunity,” Zegler said in a statement to Variety in April.
“I can't wait to perform for my home, New York City,” the New Jersey native added.
Tickets for The Rocky Horror Show and Evita are now on sale.
