On Mother’s Day this year, Alejandra reflected on the “sacred” work of being a mom as she shared snaps of her close-knit family.
The Spanish publicist and activist posted a series of rare photos on Instagram featuring her sons as she celebrated the special day. “Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, women, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, and friends who hold the world together in ways that are often invisible,” she began her lengthy caption.

“Motherhood is the hardest work I have ever done, and also the most sacred. It asks us to be strong when we are tired, soft when the world is hard, patient when we are overwhelmed, and loving even in the moments when we are still learning ourselves.”
“May we recognize the power of mothers more. May we support each other more. May we teach our sons to honor women, and our daughters to never forget their own strength,” she wrote in part. “To all the powerful women, and to all the mothers creating a better world — I see you, I honor you, and I celebrate you. Happy Mother’s Day 🤍 2026 — to everyone walking this journey with me, thank you.”
