Jacob Batalon is married!
The Spider-Man star, 29, tied the knot with interior designer Veronica Leahov, PEOPLE can confirm.
Batalon first hinted that he wed Leahov when he referred to her as his “wife” during an interview with Heart alongside his Spider-Man: Brand New Day costars Tom Holland, 30, and Zendaya, 29. As the trio discussed their nicknames, Batalon joked, “My wife calls me big dog. She doesn’t. I wish she did.”
The Reginald the Vampire alum wore a ring on that finger during the interview, which was released on Tuesday, July 28. Batalon has noticeably worn various gold bands on his left-hand ring finger lately, most recently at the Los Angeles premiere of Spider-Man: Brand New Day on July 27.
Meanwhile, Leahov quietly updated her surname on her website to “Veronica Leahov Batalon.”

The marriage news comes exactly six weeks after Holland confirmed his own marriage to Zendaya, following months of speculation. The respective couples’ relationship milestones have happened in sync, as their engagements were announced last year within two months of each other.
Zendaya subtly revealed her engagement to Holland last January when she stepped out at the 2025 Golden Globes sporting a diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger. Two months later, on March 5, 2025, Batalon and Leahov announced their engagement on Instagram.

“The beginning of the rest of our lives together❤️🔥♾️🔐👸🏼👩🏼❤️👨🏽🤞🏽🌎,” Batalon captioned photos from his romantic nighttime New York City proposal along with a close-up shot of Leahov’s sparkling diamond ring.
In her own Instagram post that day, the VEROH founder wrote, “A lifetime of us!!!! I never imagined my heart could hold so much love and feel such depth of emotion. This is the purest happiness I’ve ever known, and I can’t wait to spend forever with the love of my life!!💍♾️❤️🔥.”
Batalon first set the record straight about the back-to-back engagements during a March 2025 interview with Metro Entertainment, explaining that his proposal plans were solidified before Holland’s. “We did not know about each other’s plans like that. But I will say I thought about it first,” he said. The Wrecking Crew star later joked of Holland and Zendaya to PEOPLE in January 2026, “They copied me. I feel like they took my s—. That was my s— first!”
At the time, Batalon told PEOPLE that wedding planning was “almost done” and that Leahov did the bulk of the legwork. He shared, “I have not planned anything at all … my fiancée, she’s really good at it. I genuinely just was like, ‘Tell me when and where and I’ll make it. I’ll make it.’ ”

Similarly, this January, Batalon said on SiriusXM that he told Leahov to “do it all herself” because he’s “not good with planning.” Alas, he did have to help out when Leahov was busy. In the process, he learned that “flowers had different names,” sharing, “I just figured out the difference between peonies and roses.”
Back in March 2025, the Novocaine actor told Entertainment Tonight that he wanted to wear “aloha shirts instead of a tuxedo.” He said on SiriusXM that he still wants to “try to put it in somewhere at some point.”
At the time, he also revealed that they plan to have a destination wedding in France, ditching their original idea to marry in Italy.
Batalon and Leahov, who share pet dog Vulpix, keep most details of their relationship private. However, they occasionally post each other on social media.

On Batalon’s birthday in October, Leahov gushed on Instagram, “I waited my whole life to be loved the way you love me, and to give all my love to you in return. My heart found peace the moment it found you. Happy birthday, my love!❤️ I see you on the brightest days and through the heavy ones too. You’re strong in ways the world may never notice, but I always do. I notice who shows up with love in every season, and who only appears when it’s convenient. I see who checks on your heart, and who only calls for a favor. You deserve people who value you fully. I’ll always protect your heart and save the best seat at our table for the real ones only! ✨ I’m so proud of the man you are and the one you keep becoming. I love you endlessly!❤️🔥♾️🥰.”
Batalon commented, “I love you so much my soul, you are truly my everything❤️👸🏼✨🌎♾️🤞🏽.”
He shared an equally sweet Instagram tribute on Leahov’s birthday the following month, writing, “Happy birthday to the love of my life, my amazing queen, my world!🎁🥳🎊❤️🔥👸🏼another beautiful year spent together, and another memory to add to our journey✨you light up my world, it has been an honor and privilege to watch you grow, and progress through life together. I would not be who I am today without you. I am grateful for the opportunity of being by your side for the rest of our lives, and I promise to celebrate you every single day, the way you deserve🤞🏽❤️♾️🌎.”
Leahov commented, “Thank you, my love!! You love me in a way I dreamed of as a little girl 🥰 and now I get to live that dream with you every day! I’m blessed to be yours and even more blessed that you’re mine. My heart is home with you, always. I love you! ♾️❤️🔥.”
