The creator, who appeared in a commercial for Momcozy's Mother's Day campaign, spoke with PEOPLE about how she's taking time for herself these days

Abbie Herbert is adamant that she wants her three children to grow up seeing all sides of her.
The content creator, who boasts a whopping 15.8 million followers on TikTok and 2.6 million on Instagram for content featuring candid reflections on motherhood and parenting alongside her husband Josh Herbert, tells PEOPLE that, if there's one thing she wants her young children to take away from watching her be their mom, it's that you really can do it all.
Ahead of Mother's Day, Abbie, who is also a model, is partnering with one of her favorite brands, Momcozy, as she stars in their new TV commercial “Choose You, Too,” which encourages mothers to put themselves first, PEOPLE can exclusively reveal.

In December 2025, Abbie and Josh welcomed their third child, son Rocky Blue. The couple shares two other children: their eldest daughter, Poppy, 4, and their son Jagger, 3. The momfluencer reflects on her headspace ahead of the birth of her third child, telling PEOPLE that, prior to giving birth to Rocky, she had committed herself to making sure that she was going to dedicate "at least 15 minutes to myself every day."
"If that's as simple as going and taking a shower to myself or if that is doing a full face of makeup for me, that makes me feel better. That makes my day feel put together. And that could be me putting makeup on at 3:00 PM because I took me all day to get to there. But if that's what it is, that's what it is," she reflects.
Abbie says she knows that a lot of moms feel that same way and, as a full-time mom with a full-time job as a content creator and model, she's had to become uniquely intentional about maintaining her own sense of identity.

"I also love being a mom, but I don't want that to be my whole identity," she admits candidly. "I love working, I love traveling." Abbie also reflects on the making of the Momcozy commercial, which she reveals required her to fly across the country at just three months postpartum to participate in.
"I want [my kids] to grow up and see what I did while they were little, and that I didn't just give up my whole identity and my whole career to have children," she shares. "And there's nothing wrong with that. That is a great thing to do. But for me personally, I love working. I love creating content and being on set and meeting people. So I just want to show my kids that and show other people too. It's like, yes, you can have children, but you don't have to give up your career."
Abbie is clear that, while it might look like she has the balancing act of being a mom to three and managing an ever-growing career down to a science on social media, she tries to be as open a book for other moms as she can be.

"I think just there's always that little bit of mom guilt," she admits, "which I'm sure a lot of moms can relate to."
"I'm just trying to make sure I'm giving all my time and showing up for my kids, but showing up for work, but then showing up also for my husband and my marriage and make sure we're focusing on that," she continues. "I try to show as much as possible."
What social media followers might not see is that the adorable video of Abbie and her kids is actually being posted from the front seat of her car, while she waits in the parking lot to pick up her daughter before running her son to baseball with her baby in the backseat.
"Yes, I'm posting all these things, but I'm also doing very real-life mom stuff," she explains. While there will always be a little "guilt" in making sure she shows up for everyone, Abbie is adamant that "as long as I'm taking care of myself and seeing the kids are happy and good, it kind of helps that guilt a little bit."
Abbie's motto in this latest chapter of her life has also been uniquely informed by her online persona: "Asking for help and choosing yourself is what's number one and what's important, especially in early postpartum."
