Cardi B and Maduka Okoye have fans speculating about a possible romance after they were once again seen together.
The “AH HA” rapper, 33, and the German-Nigerian soccer player, 27, were seen kicking it during Milan Fashion Week after she walked the runway for Vogue World’s event at Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
A fan account that shares clips of Cardi B to X posted a roughly minute-long video showing the pair seemingly engaged in a flirty conversation while having drinks at an afterparty.

PEOPLE reached out to reps for Cardi B for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
The two stars, who both work with stylist Kollin Carter, have been seen mingling at fashion events in Europe.
In July 2026, Carter styled Okoye and Cardi, who both sat together in the front row at the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week, Dazed previously reported.
That same week, Hola! published photos of the “I Like It” artist and the athlete laughing together while standing on a balcony at another event.
The busy mom shares three kids with her estranged husband Offset, and one with boyfriend Stefon Diggs.
She previously told Vogue Arabia that she was interested in spending more time with Okoye in an Aug. 27 interview.
“He was really sweet. When you see him on social media, he looks very strict, stern, but he is very kind,” the rapper said.
When asked if she hopes to “see more of him,” Cardi coyly responded “I hope so” with a giggle.
She also opened up about parenting her kids while juggling her career and other obligations.
“I try my best to have my kids around me as much as possible, but sometimes I can’t be with them. Mothers have to make sacrifices,” Cardi B said in the interview, which was published on Aug. 27.
“Lawyers also have to go out of state for some cases and that might take three weeks or a month. And they don’t make excuses. It’s sad, but we need to look at the bigger picture. I hope that my kids look at what I do and understand, ‘Mom was working her a– off.’ She wasn’t clubbing, she wasn’t dating, she wasn’t partying… Instead, she was making sacrifices for a better living, you know what I’m saying?” she continued.

However, when rumors of a possible relationship with Okoye first surfaced over the summer, Cardi B let her followers know that eventually the time would come for her to find love once again.
In late July, the “Please Me” rapper hosted a Spaces conversation with fans on X, where some said they “want her to be single” and remain “focused on herself.”

“Bitch, I’m not going to be single for the rest of my life,” Cardi said, according to a recording posted on X. “I was single throughout my whole tour. Single, not talking to nobody, not entertaining nobody, not anything.”
She later added that she needed “some entertainment,” and said she would be “a little more exclusive” about who she dates moving forward.
