I’m booked and busy for the next 11 Tuesdays in a row — watching Dancing with the Stars, of course.
Pro Daniella Karagach is returning for her eighth season in the ballroom, coupled with Paralympic gold medalist Ezra Frech. While we can’t predict her fate this season, we did gather some insight into her post-show routine.
“My heels come off immediately, and something comfortable goes on,” Karagach tells PEOPLE. “My feet go through so much during DWTS season, so slipping into my slippers after a long rehearsal or live show feels like a little reward.”

As a busy toddler mom with a demanding travel schedule, Karagach designed this style with life beyond the couch in mind. “I love the Oatmeal color and knit detail because it has that cozy look I naturally gravitate toward, but it still feels polished enough to wear when I’m running out the door or traveling,” she says. “I’m always on the go, so I love anything that gives me that comfort while still feeling true to my personal style.”
As for the rest of her post-show routine, she immediately “washes all the makeup off” and gets cozy in a matching set or oversized sweatshirt, because, as she puts it: “After spending hours rehearsing and performing, slipping into something really soft and comfortable is the best feeling.”
