Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ daughters Jessie and D’Lila Combs had a night out at their high school prom amid his ongoing sex trafficking trial.
The 18-year-old twins reportedly attended the Los Angeles event on Saturday, May 17, which was held at the Harbour House, according to photos obtained by Backgrid. The duo coordinated looks in red off-the-shoulder floor-length dresses with matching corsages.
While being carried into the event by their dates, Jessie and D’Lila were asked why they had arrived late. “The party doesn’t start until we walk in. Saved the best for last,” they replied, per People.
Combs shared Jessie and D’Lila with Kim Porter, who died in November 2018 at 47 years of age. Combs and Porter also welcomed son Christian, 27, and the rap mogul adopted Porter’s son Quincy Brown, now 33, whom she previously welcomed with Al B. Sure.
Combs is also the dad of son Justin Combs, 31, whom he welcomed with Misa Hylton and 18-year-old daughter Chance Combs, whom he shares with Sarah Chapman in 2006. Combs welcomed his youngest daughter, Love, with Dana Train in 2022.
The twins’ prom comes days after the 55-year-old’s trial began on May 5. Jessie and D’Lila made an appearance alongside Christian, Justin and Quincy and Diddy’s mom, Janice Combs, on Monday, May 12. The twins reportedly left the courtroom twice on Monday as sex worker Daniel Phillip testified about alleged interactions with Diddy and Cassie, who dated on and off from 2007 to 2018.
In September 2024, Diddy was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all of the allegations against him.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said in a statement at the time. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
His arrest came nearly one year after Cassie filed a lawsuit against him accusing him of sexual and physical abuse throughout their relationship. He denied her claims in a statement shared by his attorney.
“Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” Diddy’s lawyer Ben Brafman said at the time.

Diddy and Cassie settled out of court one day after the lawsuit was filed. In May 2024, CNN published a hotel surveillance video of Diddy kicking and grabbing Cassie in 2016. He later apologized for his actions in a video shared via Instagram.
Diddy has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest. His four requests for bail were denied by Judge Arun Subramanian.
