Elle King and her partner, Daniel Tooker, are officially parents of two!
“Our family just got a little bit brighter,” King, 35, and Tooker, 33, wrote in a joint Instagram post on Friday, February 28. “Welcome to the world, Royal Tooker 💙.”
King and tattoo artist Tooker, who also share 3-year-old son Lucky, were all smiles as they held the newborn after his birth.
The couple announced in September 2024 that they were expecting their second baby, another son, weeks after reuniting as a couple.

“We’re back together,” King told People at the time. “We had to grow. I don’t know. I’ll try anything twice.”
The “Exes & Oh’s” singer and Tooker started dating in 2019 after they met when she stopped by his studio for some new ink. Tooker proposed one year later before the pair sparked split speculation in May 2023 when King sported a jacket that read “Single” during her Stagecoach Music Festival set. The pair never addressed the rumored split until King confirmed their reconciliation.
“This is worth trying. This is worth wiping a slate clean,” King added to People. “This is worth all the effort in the world. My family, this is what deserves all the energy and effort.”
Prior to welcoming Lucky and Royal, the couple suffered multiple miscarriages.
“We are very excited to share the news that we are pregnant,” King wrote via Instagram in March 2021. “This news comes with a great deal of fear, and I hope that all mothers-to-be, in whatever sense that may be, know that I am trying to be very sensitive. You see, this miracle baby comes after two very big losses.”

She added at the time, “It’s a terrifying and extremely painful experience for everyone. But the sun always rises, and I never really let go to let the universe decide when I was ready. I remember every pregnancy announcement felt like a dagger to me.”
King, the daughter of Rob Schneider and London King, gave birth to Lucky in September 2021.
“I’m really excited to bring Lucky out on the road. It’s been a really big dream of mine to become a mom and have a family. And I’ve always kind of dreamt about having my family touring with me and seeing the world and experiencing life together,” Elle told Music Mayhem Magazine in August 2022. “It’s really, really fun and it fills up my heart and he’s the best.“
