Eva Longoria has a few rules when it comes to raising her son Santiago, 8, whom she shares with husband, José Antonio “Pepe” Bastón.
The actress, 51, who is starring in Prime Video’s new film, The Last Sunrise (based on the beloved novel), recently chatted with PEOPLE for this week’s One Last Thing. Asked about the last time she watched her hit ABC series Desperate Housewives, Longoria admitted her son has become a little “obsessed” with memes of her character Gabrielle Solis on YouTube.
“So lately I’ve been seeing a lot just because of him discovering it,” she says. “He asks, ‘Mom, when can I
watch it?’ And I’m like, ‘Never.’”

Last time I was starstruck
I was with Tom Cruise at David Beckham’s star ceremony, and he still takes my breath away. He’s just such a big movie star. I’ve known him forever, but to me he’s still Tom Cruise.
Last wardrobe malfunction
I’ve had many, mostly in Cannes. The worst was when my gown didn’t arrive in time, so I had to just grab a dress. I was already on the carpet taking photos when my stylist saw me and said, “You have it on backward.”

Last time I scored extra mom points
I will soon when I take my son to Bruno Mars. As soon as he saw Bruno was touring, he was like, “No way, oh my God! We gotta find a date to go,” and immediately got online.

Last date night
It was in France with my husband in the Loire Valley. We went to a castle. He always does something big, and it was very romantic. But a typical date night for us is me cooking dinner, usually tacos, while he opens a bottle of wine.
