But its airy fit makes it easy to wear for hours on end. I particularly appreciate simple styles like Paltrow’s because it offers endless possibilities when it comes to adding accessories like her powder blue cardigan and bow-detailed heels.

When it came to finding a similar shirt dress to Paltrow’s, this style caught my eye for its maxi length and tiered skirt. Plus, there’s tie detailing on each sleeve for extra visual interest.
