Haley Joel Osment was reportedly arrested for public intoxication last week.
TMZ reports that the actor, 37, faces charges for an arrest on Tuesday, April 8, at Mammoth Lakes, Calif., where he was taken into custody at the town’s ski resort.
The Sixth Sense Oscar nominee was booked for public intoxication and possession of an unidentified controlled substance, according to the outlet. He was released shortly after the arrest; the Mono County D.A. will now decide whether or not to prosecute his case.

This isn’t Osment’s first brush with the law; in 2018, cops were summoned when the actor had a public verbal scuffle at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas on Super Bowl Sunday.
In 2006, when he was 18, Osment was charged with misdemeanor drunk driving after he was injured in a car accident. He later pled no contest to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to three years probation.
Osment costarred in last year’s Zoë Kravitz-directed Blink Twice.
