Big news just in: We don’t have to wait until Presidents Day weekend to snag steep discounts on fashion, beauty, and home décor. That’s because Nordstrom has already kicked off its huge End-of Season Sale. 

This is especially pertinent for me, as I’m shopping on a strict budget these days. So, I took it upon myself to scour the more than 73,000 markdowns and gather the best under-$50 deals. Among my favorite finds are wide-leg jeans that make for a year-round closet staple, an oversized knit sweater that I imagine French tucked into sleek pants, a limited-edition Nest candle for under $40, and more.

Wide-leg jeans offer a roomy fit and leg-elongating silhouette, which is why we’ve seen them on celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Michelle Obama. So, it’s no surprise that my closet is home to at least 10 pairs. That being said, this style still made it into my cart. I’m particularly drawn to the high waistline, medium-blue wash, and subtle raw hems. “They hold shape and do not sag,” wrote one Nordstrom shopper in praise of the material.

Can you really ever have too many cozy pajamas? Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, and I certainly don’t think so. At 72 percent off, I’m seriously considering adding this knit set to my collection. The lightweight cotton pajamas include a long-sleeve top and elastic-waist pants. I love the delicate detailing like the lace lining the scoop neck and the tiny pink rosette.

This wireless bra puts an end to uncomfortable and pinching undergarments. It's got removable cups and gives a smoothing effect under clothes. Plus, the straps can be converted into a razorback design. “It has great support while feeling like you have nothing on,” according to one buyer.
