Jen Hamilton is dealing with heartbreak.
The influencer, 35, shared a video of herself crying with a cryptic caption, seemingly hinting at a split from her husband, Brian Hamilton.
“Day 1: absolutely devastated. Please don’t try to reach out to anybody on my behalf. That would make everything so much worse for me,” Jen wrote alongside the video on X on Saturday, June 13.
“Please just let me grieve. My heart is absolutely shattered. ‘He broke my heart, but I still love him with all the pieces,' " the registered nurse continued.

In the emotional video, Jen appeared visibly upset, telling her followers, "I just want the healed version of myself to come tell me that it's gonna be okay."
"I need me in a year and me in five years to tell me that I'm not gonna feel like this forever,” she continued.
"I feel dumb making this video, but I know someday that girl that I need right now can look back at this and see how far we’ve come," Jen added. "God, it hurts so bad."
Jen also said her one son, Luke, "asked me today, ‘Are you gonna cry all the time?’ I said, ‘I hope not, buddy.' "
The social media star and Brian, who have been married for nearly 14 years, share two sons: Ellis and Luke.
Both Jen and Brian did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's requests for comment on Sunday, June 14.

Last year, Jen shared a tribute for her husband in honor of their wedding anniversary.
"It hasn’t always been awesome or fun and there was even a time we didn’t think we were going to make it. But I’m grateful for mending our family and sticking it out," she captioned a set of wedding photos on Instagram.
"Social media is fake. Don’t believe people who act like they have it all together. No one does,” she added at the time.
Hamilton previously opened up about a past separation from Brian in a video shared on TikTok in 2022.
“He and I were separated, and it was not a fun time,” she said. “But also, the best thing that ever happened to us.”
