Kylie Jenner has given her longtime Southern California home a major price cut just one month after she put it on the market.
The reality TV star and beauty mogul, 28, first listed her Hidden Hills abode for $20.25 million in March, PEOPLE previously reported. As of April 30, that number was slashed by $2.3 million, making the current asking price $17.99 million, according to property records.
Jenner purchased the property in late 2016 for $12.05 million when she was 19 years old, records indicate.
The house spans more than 13,000 square feet and is situated on a private 1.4-acre lot. It boasts eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, a private theater, a game room with a wet bar, an office with a fireplace, a gym and a massage room.

Inside the home, the main floor offers an open floor plan equipped with dual islands in the kitchen. The space flows into a “dramatic great room with walls of disappearing glass,” per the listing.
The primary suite boasts its own sitting area, two oversized closets, a “spa-like” stone bath and a private balcony overlooking the property and surrounding landscape.
Other impressive features include “resort-like grounds” with a pool and spa, an expansive covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit lounge.
There's also a six-car garage included on the property, as well as an attached guest residence with its own entrance, bedroom, bath, kitchenette, sitting area and courtyard.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder's decision to list her Hidden Hills abode comes amid her frequent home construction updates at the new house she's building.
Jenner reportedly purchased five acres of unused land in the community back in 2020, according to Architectural Digest. She submitted plans three years later to construct an 18,000-square-foot house with a 12-car garage, a guest house, security base, a pool and sports court on the lot, per the outlet.
In late January, The Kardashians star gave a mini tour of the property she's building, including a glimpse of the reclaimed flooring and light wood-paneled walls she chose. Earlier in the month she gave a peek at her “dream two story closet.”
