Kylie Kelce has an idea as to why “the universe” decided that husband Jason Kelce was going to be a girl dad many times over.
“I think he has a very skewed idea of women, which is probably why he has four daughters,” Kylie, 33, shared in Us Weekly’s exclusive clip from this week’s episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, hosted by Amanda Hirsch. “It’s why he was blessed with four daughters. The universe said: ‘He doesn’t get it. We need him to get it.’”
Kylie and Jason, 37, share four daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and 3-week-old Finn.
“With only a brother, and then the only females in his house were his mom and his dog,” she continued, referring to Jason’s younger brother, Travis Kelce, and mom, Donna Kelce.
“I don’t think that he understood women in a way,” she continued. “When we started dating and he introduced me to his family, his parents were like, ‘Oh, he’s dating someone.’ It was a shock.”

Kylie noted that she was “maybe the second” girl Jason ever brought home to meet the family. “In his adult life, the first,” she clarified.
“It was nice, but it was also like, you guys are shocked to a point where like, should I be here?” Kylie joked. “Why are you so surprised he’s holding down a long-term girlfriend?”
Kylie and Jason famously met on Tinder, and after a marriage and four babies she said they still “match up” really well.
“I just don’t need a whole lot,” she admitted. “He knows what I need. It’s very minimal. It’s like, walk past me in the kitchen, smack my ass. I’m good. We’re good. Physical touch is one of my love languages.”
Their conversation about Jason came after Hirsch wondered what the former NFL star would be doing for Kylie’s 33rd birthday. (She celebrated on March 23.)

“I hate my birthday,” she admitted, noting that Jason will still find meaningful ways to celebrate despite how little emphasis she puts on her special day.
“He always does [something] but it’s subtle little things that I actually like,” Kylie, explained. “He’ll always get me a card, which I love.”
Kylie explained that Jason will “write a note” within “the whole inside” of the card before giving it to his wife.
“He knows that’s something that our family always did — cards no matter what,” she continued. “He’ll usually do flowers.”
