Kylie Kelce is welcoming a new sports legend to Philadelphia.
The podcast host, 34, who is married to former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, 38, was among many sports fans reacting to the shocking announcement that LeBron James, 41, will play his record-breaking 24th season with the 76ers on Friday, July 24.
Hours after the announcement, Kylie shared a picture taken from under a beach canopy on her Instagram Stories, showing a sign reading “Welcome King #23” flying in the sky.
She wrote over the photo — “go sixers.”

Kylie and Jason’s love for the city runs deep.
“It’s our backyard,” Jason recently told Philadelphia magazine. “We love Philadelphia. There’s an aura to the city that is infectious. It has a tremendous spirit, a toughness, a level of grit that I want my kids to have, that I like being a part of, that I enjoy celebrating.”
While speaking to the outlet, Kylie referred to the city as her “network.”

“It’s the place that we love. It’s the city and community that we’re raising our kids in,” she said.
James shared similar excitement about the city while confirming the news about his next career move.
“I’m not going for money,” he wrote in a statement on X. “I’m not going for family. What am I really playing for at this point? “
“I still want to sacrifice,” he continued. “I still want to work. I still want to grind. I still want to compete, to win and to have a chance at the feeling of winning another championship.”

“I believe I can help make the Philadelphia 76ers a championship team and I am so excited to energize a new fan base and start this incredible journey one last time,” James said.
The NBA star spent the past eight seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, with whom he won the 2020 championship. Before that, he played for the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers, winning NBA titles with both teams.

During his two most recent seasons, James made history by being able to play alongside his son Bronny, 21, making them the first father-son duo to play together in the NBA.
