She continued: "He had a home in the Hamptons [and] so he invited me to come and also Elizabeth to come and I thought, 'Well, this is great coincidence and wonderful.' "

The two actresses quickly connected, with Gray sharing that they even came up with nicknames.

"So, we get to talk together, have a little chat and have fun. And she said, 'Oh, she's the b—- with the long legs,' " Gray — whose legs were made famous on the cover of the film poster for 1967's The Graduate, shared.

She continued: "But anyway, we got to be friends and it was lovely.

Of Taylor, Gray — who rose to fame as Sue Ellen Ewing on Dallas for 12 seasons — added, "She was absolutely — she was funny and 'a bawdy broad' is what I called her and she called me 'the b—- with the long legs.' I called her 'a bawdy broad' and that was fun."
